  • mmmm my fave! I usually get a tuna roll (just raw tuna w/rice and nori) A salmon and avocado roll...Or a rainbow roll. Sometimes I just go straight sashimi to avoid the rice!

  • Thanks guys! I think I might try it. I usually jog outside but sometimes when it's raining, or tooooo hot, or in the winter its hard for me to get in cardio. I have a treadmill at home but it's possessed lol. I also weight train at home to a dvd but I think once im more comfortable with it I can do it at a gym....

  • what kind of workout are you talking about?? I suggest a protein shake. You need protein to help your muscles recover and its best to get it within an hour or two of working out. Immediately after my workout and stretch I make and drink a protein shake!!

  • You should just feel a stretch in your hamstrings. For me at least, deadlifts are not hard...they aren't that strenuous. But you will be sore the next day lol.   • I would trust the Kinect. MFP overestimates a lot! I just invested in a heartrate monitor...my 12 minute mile runs I only burn about 80-90 calories...but MFP was telling me it was like 130. If you can, get a HRM...Im so happy I did!
