Workout twice as much you are doing now! This has helped me through my previous plateaus! :) It may be in terms of 1. Time 2. Intensity Vary the workouts you do! Grab some new cardio workout go for some activity workout (sports e.g. swimming)

To break plaeau: Always do more! If you are doing cardio once in a day, do it twice, if doing for single time, increase intensity of workout. Insanity is toughest workout! It will get you the results no matter what! But yes, if you want to get results which show faster I would suggest stick to their nutrition plans. I log it under Aerobics - High Impact. I assume it should be similar. It may not be 100% accurate but yeah its good approximation. I do adjust minutes, as Insanity is toughest workout ever! I do add some extra minutes to results similar.
