Like others are saying, it depends on the individual. I'm 5'7 and before I gained weight, I was an F cup, of course when I gained they got bigger and increased to a G (though I was spilling a bit, but didn't have many store options). My peak weight was 192. I've lost a good bit so far, and at 158 (about 5 pounds short of…

See, something like that makes more sense. Thank you. I will have to take a look at what some local studios offer.

5'6.5 166 lbs. Chest, back, belly. I'm a total cone/ inverted triangle. I've always said my shape can't carry weight, it looks horrid. I can suck in my belly but I can't suck in back rolls!

Ran two miles, didn't drop dead afterward. Big NSV for me, as I always believed if I ran more than 30 seconds I would surely die.

I log everything and consistently measure my food. Personally, it's what I need to successfully lose weight and keep it off. When I go into maintenance, this will probably be a different story. If all I did was log my workouts and didn't pay great detail to my food, I would do exactly what I did in the past. Eyeball…

Quest bars and Jay Robb bars. Both of those are my favorite by far.

Was this your attempt to 'confuse your body?' Should have just tightened up your logging...

Hi! I'm a junior, 5'7" and started my journey at 192 lbs. I'm currently 167. When I started college I was in the 145 area. I gained almost 50 pounds over freshman year- scary I know! I ate fast food almost everyday and took full advantage of my meal plan. I'd like to get down to about 135-140. Add me if you would like!…

Thanks all, I never paid attention to that!

Quest. Pure Protein does not make me feel good at all! I felt sluggish for some reason and my workouts didn't have that 'umph' that I get from Quest, Muscle Milk, and EAS protein products.

Read all three books, they weren't all that well written, but they kept me entertained. Won't be seeing the movie, but I will say that the soundtrack is amazing.

I don't care what anyone thinks, they are the next best thing to being pantsless. And I hate pants.

Microwaved (or baked, but I have no patience for that) apples with allspice and agave nectar. Usually eaten with almonds or cinnamon raisin Ezekiel toast.

Just eat a little of it. One serving. Just so you can satisfy the urge and take the edge off. If I completely cut out 'junk' foods, I would be a hot *kitten*, binging mess! The cold turkey method isn't sustainable for the majority of people. Most importantly, just monitor how the calories fit into your calorie allowance,…

Hi everyone! Feel free to add me, the continued motivation and updates from friends is what keeps me going. We can all support each other! :)

OP, I applaud you for fighting the urge of the cheesecake! You're staying strong and developing better eating habits. Keep it up and stick to your guns! I'm sure this was huge for you, mentally and emotionally.

And you are absolutely right- in my personal experience. The guys that my friends and I have encountered on there have one thing on their mind. There a few that initially put on a good act of wanting a relationship and a 'cuddle buddy' blah blah blah, but eventually their inner horn dog comes out, and you see their real…

We could definitely have a fun night on the town. Girls night!

It wasn't a 'date'... but I have met up with a guy through Tinder. Luckily he looked exactly the same and had the same personality as he did online. I was 18 and he was 32- we got what we wanted out of it. I probably wouldn't do it again though. I was safe with this guy, but I don't want to ever chance it again.

Hi txbride! What you're going through is major, but you will get through, be strong. My mother got the surgery done and her recovery was slow, but successful. She had a fibroid that they said was the size of a grapefruit. Initially they attempted the less invasive surgery, with two small incisions on each side, but…
