Rest it or do upper body stuff. I had a sprained wrist I rushed to do stuff with and turns out it went from sprain to bruised bones/hairline fracture and now I need complete immobilization for two months because I kept trying to use it when it wasn't fully healed. Extreme example but rest when you need to !

It's taken me 6 months of weight lifting , eating tons of protein , and gaining a few lb to start seeing any booty gains. It's a slow (but worth ) process

Not going to be a popular answer due to political correctness but look into reputable and smart e collar training. Both my dogs are e collar trained . Aside from a leash it's the only other way to have reliable control and it is not difficult to do properly with guidance. Only buy extremely high quality equipment and it's…

If your right arm is stronger it makes sense it's the sore one because more compensation = more of a workout on that side = more soreness or tiredness.

No. If you sync Fitbit you don't need to log exercise manually in mfp

If it helps , I know Fitbit isn't perfect but on days I strength train my total calories burned throughout the day are always 100-200 higher not including the workout. I'm a small person but I do think you just passively burn more throughout the day after you strength train. Eat if you are hungry

Sometimes chriopractor but I do a few days of rest and anti inflammatory meds

I lost my first 14 lb doing only walking , counting calories, and elliptical. But I ended up skinny fat and weak - just smaller lol. I recommend throwing in some light strength training too but you can definitely lose fat on the elliptical and walking only if you watch your calories

Protein I eat at least 100g daily so I'm pretty solid there . I will search around for a good program just have a few limitations so it's hard to find one that doesn't include certain stuff

Thanks for all the tips everyone. As for progressing, I usually add more weight when I find my sets get too easy but I think I may need to just push myself a bit more and get a notebook as suggested so I can really keep track more thoroughly. I try to mix in some other rows as well and really working on targeting some…

That sounded confusing but basically I want to be lifting heavier but I feel like I'm hitting a wall where I can't do more sometimes

Currently between 1400-1600 might raise that soon !

Oh and I lift heavy several days a week ! Strength training is so important

Welcome , I'm in that boat . Most important while you're cutting make sure to eat enough protein to try to maintain most the muscle you have ! I'm thinking of starting a slow bulk soon as I'm almost done cutting . Feel free to add :)

My go to breakfasts - oats with protein powder . Peanut butter toast and eggs . Kodiak cakes with protein powder. Plain Greek yogurt with protein powder for flavor and berries + granola . Occasionally a tortilla with scrambled eggs , turkey bacon , and a touch of cheese and green salsa
