  • Twinings Irish Breakfast Tea. Full strength in the mornings and decaf in the afternoon. Gloriously smooth and strong.

  • The same thing happens to me on the elliptical except in my right foot. I usually just do a few ankle circles and it goes away for a while, but comes back.
  • This x 1000. I try and follow up by turning things back on people and ask them why they feel the need to try and put me down or criticize me.
  • Ramekins, custard cups and parchment cupcake liners. Clean up is easy as can be.
  • You look fantastic! I love seeing pictures of cosplay. Well done!
  • I cut them up in quarters and put them in the crock pot with reg. potatoes, carrots and a pork roast.
  • I made this last night using light almond milk instead of 1% milk and 1/4 cup of honey instead of the liquid Stevia and it was awesome! Just the right amount of light sweetness. With the honey and light almond milk, each serving calculates to 101 calories (six servings). Servings are perfect size for me. Thanks for sharing…
  • Homemade muffins. I have a lot or recipies for healthier muffins (no oils, minimal to no added sugars, whole grains). Each one comes in at around 100-150 calories each and I fill them with lots of blueberries, raspberries or pumpkin. Keeps me well full until lunchtime or longer.
  • Please tell me you made lots of yummy noises and utterances of "this is so good" while you ate it in front of that busybody. I would have been super obnoxious with my enjoyment.
  • I usually will get a light lunch of salad or something and not explain it unless I am asked. Then, a simple explanation of heavy lunches make me want a mid-day nap usually suffice. People usually understand that and in my case, it's completely true. Unless you want to offer me up paid nap time and a comfy cot, I have to…
  • One thing I have come to realize is that no matter what you weigh or what size you are, someone, somewhere will think it should be different and fit into what THEY feel is correct for another person. I'll never be able to fathom how people can just randomly give you their opinion on what you should weigh or how you should…
  • You can make these and freeze them, take them with you for an easy breakfast. I use 1/4 cup of honey instead of the stevia. Banana Protein Muffins ■3/4 cup very ripe banana ■3/4 cup egg whites ■1/2 cup plain low-fat greek yogurt ■3/4 cup oats (I used old-fashioned) ■2 scoops vanilla protein powder ■1/4 cup baking stevia ■1…
  • Yes, it is horribly bad for you to have a cookie. Please send all the cookies to me for safe keeping. Enjoy the cookie if it fits into your calorie goals. I eat ice cream pretty much every day and meet my goals and am losing weight gradually as is my plan. I tend to go mental if I try and deprive myself of…
  • I utilized their free session with the trainer and he took me around and showed me how to use the equipment. I had never belonged to a gym or really used equipment until I joined about two months ago and made sure he knew I was clueless. He was very helpful and nice about it. Now I feel pretty confident with the weight…
  • A thousand times Jello Pudding Pops.
  • I feel like I get a better workout on an elliptical than a treadmill. I work up more of a sweat and like the resistance factor. I got truly bored doing the treadmill even with the incline raised and find the elliptical more enjoyable. Plus, I appear to be less clumsy on the elliptical and haven't knocked my MP3 player off…
  • Ice cream in the summer. I tried to stop it but couldn't so am indulging within my calorie limits for the summer.
  • That's what works for me too. If I stop at home after work, I'll more than likely not go to the gym so not stopping is a must for me.
  • I'm so glad I found this as my feet go numb too. I reposition my feet often and will now try and use my heels more. Thanks everyone!
  • I don't see anything wrong with taking a couple of days off from exercise at your TOM. I do, because I get horrible cramps and exhaustion. Working out does not help me with it; I wish it did. Since I only work out 5 days a week, I just use the first couple of days of the TOM as my rest days and feel no guilt whatsoever.
  • There are also dog strollers which you can get for anywhere from $50-90, which are perfect for smaller dogs.
  • Good idea on cutting them up and freezing them. You do not want to let those wonderful things go to waste. And now, I want a cupcake.
  • You rock! Thank you for sharing this story.
  • I agree with others who have suggested you begin with exercises. We all had to start somewhere and even if it is just walking to the mailbox and back one day, then going a few extra steps the next day, that is the beginning. Anything to get your body moving. You can do seated exercises with dumbells or floor exercises as…
  • In the summer, I buy as much produce as I can from farmer's markets. Cucumbers 2 for $1, things like that. Where I live, we have three grocery stores, so I look through their online sales flyers and plan my meals by what is on sale. For instance, blueberries are on sale 2 pints for $4 at one store, whereas the others have…
  • Look at you! Well done.
  • I steam them in the microwave also and just add a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg. They taste so sinfully delicious. I also will mash them and add the cinnamon and nutmeg and eat it like a cold pudding.
  • Awesome recipe and very similar to what I make. I add cut up cucumber, pickles and chives to mine and also some purple potatoes for color. Summer is not complete without potato salad!
  • Yay fellow feline lovers! I've been a life-long cat lover and we currently have five cats ruling over our home. The one in my profile pic is Kitty, who is a strapping boy. A few months before my husband and I met, hubby was at the gym one night and Kitty decided he needed a workout and someone let him inside. Hubby tried…
  • Irish breakfast tea, almond milk, 1 packet Stevia are almost daily for me.
