*warning- drool worthy pic* oooh the temptation!!

So, iwork for an equine vet as a stable hand. Client picked up her horse yesterday and said she was eternally greatful forall that i did for her horse. Keep in mind, all i did was muck the stall, feed and medicate, and groom her horse as necessary. As a thank you for all that i did (she swears her horse doesnt even look like the same horse) she brought me not one, not two, but a DOZEN huge cupcakes with a cream cheese/cheese cake like icing on them. Cheesecake is.....manna from heaven....and thats an understatement. No clue what bakery they are,from so no clue how many calories each, but im sooooo tempted to pig out. Think im going to try cutting one in sections and freezing/thawing the sections individually to keep from over indulging.

    Good idea on cutting them up and freezing them. You do not want to let those wonderful things go to waste.
