  • I'm back today after nearly 3 years away. I lost 21 pounds using MFP from April to November 2011 and have slowly put it almost all back on. And when I say "almost" - all but 2.5 pounds! A lot of my old MFP friends have deleted me so I need to start over there too. Good Luck to all!

  • My ticker is always accurate - good, bad or ugly. I weigh myself every Friday and record the weight regardless if it's a gain, loss, or stays the same. For me, it's the only way this is going to work.

  • The first thing I thought of was pregnancy - especially with the extreme fatigue. I remember what that first trimester is like! I'd stop at the drugstore and pick up a test :) Won't take long to find out .......
  • Not everyone has 3 hours a day to go to a gym. Try working 40 hours a week and raising 2 very active kids/teenagers. There are most definitely some days where the only exercise I get is my 45 minute lunch hour walk. And yes, I do consider it exercise!
