ok, colour me stupid but i don't care. I am overweight. period. i am 5ft5 200lbs. I have arthritis in every joint and that's the tip of the iceberg but all that matters when excercise is involved. I have recently started walking on a treadmill to lose some weight and get healthy. I have lost 20lbs quite quickly and am…

I take antidepressants, antianxiety pills, iron supplement, b12 shots, and thyroid medication to name a few. If i miss any one of these, or my body gets too used to the meds and they need changed, i get so tired i can barely…

that is awesome! I feel that happy when i can jog on the treadmill for longer than 1 min. I just can't imagine the feeling of pride that comes with that kind of accomplishment

yup. i don't diet, it just makes me eat more, but i've been counting calories and excercising and the i'm not seeing a huge difference. I know it's going to be a long slow battle tho so i just keep telling myself that quitting and going back to the way things were isn't going to do anything for me so i just keep chugging…

well i just started a few weeks ago and i'm just happy it's going down at all lol. I could stand to lose 100 but as you say, that's rather a daunting thought. I decided that instead of a goal weight i would just try doing the best i can every day, if i slip up oh well tomorrow is another fresh start. I have lost 7lbs so…

will you marry me?
-
no. i sweat profusely and i'd just have makeup dripping in my eyes and annoying me. I shove my hair back off my face, put on shorts, a tank and my running shoes and just walk that treadmill for an hour. I don't care how i look, i just want as little on my person as possible that's going to hinder my workout.

thanks for the response. I figured everyday pain would lessen without the burden of 100 extra lbs but i was hoping it would also ease up when excercising

can't wait to get there on my journey! i started using a treadmill last week and boy even just walking fast makes me sweat really bad.

i'd rather lose weight cutting off a limb than not have my beer.

cooked peas and carrots. but i'll eat them if someone serves them. btw i love liver LOVE it lol. I don't think there is anything i have ever been served that i have refused to put more in my mouth after a taste, even peas and carrots i think it's more the texture than the taste
