I gave up bread and cheese. Not a massive bread eater anyway so not to hard and I can go home for lunch so its easy for me to cook something. The cheese though that is a different story, very hard to stick to.

I visualise myself at my 40th birthday party in August doing a street dance routine lol, weird I know but I love dancing and I would love to be able to do a hardcore street dance routine.

I love Spinach, Banana and mixed berries its very tasty and I don't get hungry in the mornings if I have one

I have now had my TOM for about 40 days due to having a hormone implant. I have still lost through this time but I do wonder if I may have lost more if I didn't have it .

I used to love tuna and cheese pancakes but haven't eaten them for years so not sure know. May have a pudding one with honey though!

I don't feel that you have anything to apologise for, it is obviously her issue and she will find a way to deal with it if she want's to. I get terrible pain in my toes. I find that if I wiggle my toes it helps with the pain.

Your post is very motivational. I have to keep telling myself that I am not going to wake up tomorrow and be three stone lighter however, I could wake up in a year and be three stone lighter if I continue.

Hi It drives you mad when you don't lose the weight and everyone will tell you a different reason as to why your not but I hope MFP helps you, it certainly has me. I do recommend taking your measurments though, one week I hadn't lost any weight but had lost 7 1/2 inches from my body. Feel free to add me!

I was going to include it in weight lifting but thought that because of the way you burn calories after weight lifting it would not give an accurate rate. However, after doing an hour class it would be a shame not to log therefore I logged as pilates because I thought the calorie burn was roughly the same.

I am 5''8 and in the past ( about 10 years ago) when I was a 10/12 I weighed around 10 stone. I suppose it depends on shape though. I think sizing has changed now aswell.
