Core on the ball

Does anyone know how to log ball work?

    i would say the burn from most core workouts on a swiss ball is negligible.

    when you strength train, your body burns calories but not the same way as cardio.

    i wouldn't even log it or just include the minutes in with ur weight training burn.

    I was going to include it in weight lifting but thought that because of the way you burn calories after weight lifting it would not give an accurate rate. However, after doing an hour class it would be a shame not to log therefore I logged as pilates because I thought the calorie burn was roughly the same.
