    I would love to be able to get into the bath tub and have the water come up over my belly before it starts to drain through the overflow. When I get to that point I will know that I have succeeded!

    That's fantastic! Mine is for my spare tire to deflate. When I lose weight, my arms, shoulders, face, and legs show it immediately. But there is always too much belly pouring over the sides of my jeans.

    1. No more bat wings (upper arm flab).
    2. My "bundle of wheat" (biblical term for a woman's lower tummy pooch) is flat.
    3. When my arms rest at my side, there is no longer that weird fat by my underarm.

    Without a doubt my face. It is just so round and is the first thing to widen outwards when I gain weight. Without a doubt that is the thing I look forward to most, having a jawline and chin again! I will also be happy to see my chest get smaller! But losing the double chin is by far the best reward for me personally!

    1. eliminate the pesky bra strap fat
    2. more muscle definition in my thighs
    3. look more like an hourglass and have a leaner midsection
    4. eliminate my spare tire
    5. tricep definition!

    1 chin.
    Eyes that you can see.
    Cheek bones.
    Collar bones.
    No more bat wings.
    No more muffin top.
    No more back roll.
    A bum that is round and not shaped like a slab.
    Not hitting my tummy with my legs when on the exercise bike.
    Not feeling my tummy bouncing up and down when jogging or running intervals.

    Some i have achieved, others i am looking forward to!
