so on workout days you eat more the your BMR? or less? I have figured out my non workout days calorie intake...(2300) i am in shock right now....(inner fat girl talking). But I still dont know how much to eat on workout days. someone helpppp....

what does your decrease in cardio mean? running only for 40 minutes 2/3 times a day? what? and how much weight do you lift? This is all new to me. I am afraid of getting bulky and gaining weight back that i've lost....help! :-(

You should eat more fiber....eating an apple with a small amount of pb is good. I actually just eat an apple and I'm fine. I agree with adding chia seeds to your meal. a coworker i know who eats a raw diet makes her own. she blends strawberries, a little vinegar and a little evoo until creamy to make her own vinegarette dressing...hope that helps. i use hidden valley ranch lite...only 80 ca per serving.

YOu can actually put zumba in as an exercise. Depending on your weight, with 30 minutes of Zumba is nothing less than 300/350ca. But try putting it in as an exercise.

I use them! they are a great source of fiber. I've used them in my yogurt and even sprinkle them on my salad as a crunchy supplement to croutons! vitamin shoppe has them.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE ZUMBA!!! I go twice a week, maybe 3 times if i have some more time. I wear a calorie counter watch and you burn at least 600 calories!!! at least!! It's a great way to get cardio in by dancing and having fun and working muscles. you will be sore the next day! you should def give it a try!!!

yes, i was going to suggest the ice cream things too. I freeze two bananas and just add a little (1tbls) of water, or until it's creamy. sooo yummy!
