NSV - 24 days

It's been 24 days since I started logging food/exercising 6 days a week, and today I noticed:
- Moved from size 6 jeans to size 4!
- Went from the middle hook to the tightest on my bra.
- This one is the biggest for me - I HAVE DEFINITION IN MY HAMSTRINGS! Quads, too! This is huge, because I've always been tiny up top and had bigger thighs. The running I've been doing is really paying off.
