you could test yourself and allow 1 brownie :) they are just brownies. got things to do places to be^^ eat to live don't live to eat but eat sweets in moderation. best advice that helped me.

5'5 CW:134 GW: 118-122 I am going to school to be an exercise rider, so the lighter the better, but more importantly the stronger the better p.s. i have a small frame so staying at that weight i hope wont be too hard once i get there. i used to but didnt eat it that often anyway. this actually happened with pizza last weekend. i didnt have the stuff for 5 months and it sounded so good, so a friend and i went to the best place in town and my taste buds loved it but my belly did not. just kinda sat there like a rock haha

i love a bowl spinach with black beans on it! the black beans taste so good with it i dont even use dressing. can add strawberries too.

you probably dont want to hear this part, but a food scale haha. also just not giving up:) also i ate at maintenance for 3 days to shock my body then lowered the calories back down again and just kept up the routine and sure enough it worked

hi! im starting college this fall! i also love animals and art XD and traveling is fun^^ my diary is open and i eat pretty well, i tend to eat the same sort of things a lot but oh well haha. its healthy and it tastes great so im not complaining:)

thanks and yeah I think 130 will be the ending number im gonna try for 127ish and then whatever happens mucle-wise when I start the program. gotta be stroooong. and thanks he is a friend's horse. I have never been able to have my own.

p.s. i have only lost 3 pounds so far. hopefully i can get rid of 17 more. i have about 30% body fat right now. and yes, i am aware i need a good diet to stay strong and everything else required to do this.
