Hey everyone. I've been on this site on and off for a while now. But I'm finally ready to stop seeing the numbers on my scale go up. I gained about 35 pounds over the course of almost 4 years after I quit smoking and now I'm at my breaking point. I stepped on a scale earlier this week and saw it at 156, and I nearly died. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and I refuse to go any higher. My mission of fitness starts now. I'm hoping to find friends I can help motivate and that can help motivate me! Feel free to add me I will accept all requests!
