Hi everyone! I'm Jamie,just a quick hello, this is a new avenue for me, mainly because i'm used to doing my own very private thing. That hasn't seemed to work that well recently. So now i'm going to try this, just wanted to introduce myself and say hello.

    Hi Jamie,

    I get that going through this journey publicly can be scary but it doesn't have to be. Everyone here is on a journey so no one should judge. Also when you have accountablity you tend to reach your goals. Good luck I am sure you are going to do awesome!!!
