I am 5'8'' :) I do crossfit 3x a week, run 2-3 miles 2-3x a week (always outside and more for stress management than anything haha), and do my own lifting 2x a week for about an hour. I am 5'8'', but I carry my weight well.. when I weigh my happy weight (around 150) people think I look 130 or so. I have a lot of muscle too and have broad shoulders/hips. I am not petite :smile:

same, and I am also nervous to do heavy snatches or push presses. I have been doing heavy band pull-ups so I am not putting so much pressure on my shoulder. yay injuries!

That is sooooo helpful thank you. My calves have always been tight (previous die-hard runner that never stretched) and foam rolling them before and after working out, though more painful than my IT band, helps tremendously. I actually have been doing all WODs in my running shoes shamefully so I will go get fitted today for the nanos. I have noticed I am the only one at my box that does not wear a crossfit shoe haha

This is very interesting, I had never thought about this before. At my box, we have those little low back cushions they make us use when doing sit ups which helps with back arching not back rounding. I like to do some accessory work at the gym I work at such as some dumbbell and cable work for my recovering shoulder. I teach spin class too so I like to cycle on off days.
