    I do crossfit 3x a week, run 2-3 miles 2-3x a week (always outside and more for stress management than anything haha), and do my own lifting 2x a week for about an hour. I do a lot of heavy lifting and barbell work, as well as metcon training and curcuit training using a lot of weights. I am not a huge cardio person (hate running on treadmill for 30 minutes or elliptical) so when I want to have a 'rest' day and give my major muscle groups a break from lifting I will row.
