Bikini Picture before and after :)
Just tried on a bikini tonight to see how it fit for when I'll eventually be wearing it in the summer time... and I'm so happy with the results! This is a 6 month period of time and 14% body fat down and down 2 pants sizes

Stronglifts?
A few people at my box were telling me they do some sort of the Stronglifts program. Not sure if it was the 5x5 or what. But has anyone had any experiences with Stronglifts or tried it out? And does the program fit in with doing crossfit? Thanks so much!

Tight hip flexors
