Hey guys, just did the baseline crossfit workout which was:
-500 meter row
-40 squats
-30 sit-ups
-20 push-ups
-10 pull-ups
my time was 8:42
but was wondering if anyone else did this and what their times were and if they improved their times when they redid it?
and for those who don't do crossfit try it and see what you get
it is a great testing point!
