  • If Lady Gaga can wear meat costumes and pretty much anything else, so are you.
  • I have an Polar FT7 and I love it. I got it for about $70 on eBay and I know Amazon has it cheap, too. It's more than worth the price as well, being able see my heart rate during a work out allows me to know whether or not I should go faster or calm down (it beeps when you go above your upper limit). The Polar FT7 also has…
  • Dannon Oikos Strawberry Greek Yogurt. I put it in the freezer about 10 minutes before I eat it and it tastes so delicious.
  • Not all calories are created equal. Differences would come in the form of better type of fats, or more vitamins and minerals. Or even to the way one digests in your system and interacts with the rest of your body. Edit: This applies to any food, not just rice. Calories is not the only thing to look for.
  • They don't quite have the 'normal brownie taste' but taste okay. They are about 2 to 2.5 square inches big, so not too big but I think that's the size of a normal brownie anyways. Doesn't hurt to have one of these coupons when buying them though. http://www.fiberone.com/offers/offers.aspx
  • Worth every penny. It has several units of measurement. Easy to use. Only con is that it's made out of plastic, but what can you get what you pay for. I bought one several months ago and is still running strong.…
  • They actually have a new menu with about 5 items that are 575 (or maybe 650) calories or less. I get the Chicken Fresca which is rice and grilled chicken. They have some other things as well, but they didn't appeal to me. If anything, just get something and eat only half, eat the rest some other day. Edit: It's the Chicken…
  • I don't think I'd be able to do it without my food scale. I love it!
  • Pretty much all Metallica To keep the list short, here is a sample of my Work Out playlist AC/DC - Back in Black, High Voltage Led Zeppelin - Celebration Day, Rock and Roll, Royal Orleans, Achilles Last Stand (one of my top running songs) The Mars Volta - Drunkship of Lanterns, Inertiatic ESP Muse - Knights of Cydonia Of…
  • I wish this was Facebook so I could "Like" that comment.
  • I accidentally bought ON's (Optimum Nutrition) Whey Protein in Chocolate, next time I'm definitely getting Vanilla. Their Chocolate Protein is good, but Chocolate doesn't mix well with everything. So currently I use ingredients that go well with Chocolate. 1 scoop of Whey Protein 1 Fresh Banana 1 cup of Silk OR 1 cup of…
  • My prize for getting fit/toned is to reward others by running outside with a shirt off! I will show off all my hard work anywhere I get the chance to. I'm doing p90x and I will want everyone to know when they see me running around with a six-pack :) Obviously I'll need clothes that fit me better, because I recently bought…
  • I usually eat my dinner really close to 5, then I take 1 minute to eat some Chobani Greek Yogurt that I take to work around 8pm. The large amount of protein Greek Yogurt has keeps me filled up the rest of the night.
  • Last time I went, I waited 10 minutes for my food in their lobby while they helped 6+ drive-thru customers. They also usually have poor customer service, too. So the waiting forever for a few tacos was the last straw. However, my fast food drug of choice is usually Chick-Fil-A and Jack-in-the-Box.
  • Are we talking just calorie free? Or free from carbs and fat, too? Anywho, I'm a huge fan of cereal. I would literally bring the box and milk with me and keep refilling my plate over and over again. Also cheesecake, or any chocolate-peanut butter combo.
  • For me it's my belly. My legs are really toned, my arms are fair, but my tummy is where it's at. I also tended to have a rounder face, especially my cheeks.
  • When I started running more often, I began to get shin splints as well. What helped me was: 1) Not running back to back days 2) Going to a specialty running store and getting the right shoes for me. They looked at the way I walked and gave me shoes based on that, very expensive shoes, but way worth it 3) Stretching, I was…
  • I was just actually looking at that scale online on Amazon, looks like I'm getting it. Made some chicken and rice today and if I didn't work at a place where I weigh meat out all the time, I would be clueless as to how much ~4oz feels like. I would love the ability to definitely know that I put the correct amount. On a…
