Can anybody recommend a good quality food scale? I'm thinking about getting one, but I don't know what kind to look at. Thanks!

I recently purchased this one:

It works really well. I don't see any reason to pay more for a fancy one0 -
I got the $15 one from Harbor Freight and it works great. Has grams, ounces and pounds. It also came with a charger and the battery was included.0

Make sure and check the margin of error. Some will be + or - an ounce, and that's not good for accuracy.0

Worth every penny. It has several units of measurement. Easy to use. Only con is that it's made out of plastic, but what can you get what you pay for.
I bought one several months ago and is still running strong.

Edit: Grams are the way to go for measuring. Even foods that can be measured in cups, grams are so awesome and much more accurate.0 -
My sister bought me this one a couple years back and love it, because it is nice and small, but it can weigh up to 11lbs. I can tuck it in drawer or leave it out, because it does not take up a lot of space. It has held up well and is easy to clean. She paid double for what is selling for now.
