I totally meant core when I said abs, lol. This is so awesome! I joined the women's 5x5 stronglifts group and now I have a plan. I can't wait to start! This is perfect for the extra core work that I need. And, I had never heard of compound lifting, but it makes a lot of sense. Thanks!

Thanks for reminding me of my parent's perspective. :) I think that they are often acting out of love when they push food, trying to treat me. And, such good advice...taking things one meal, one bite at a time.

This is probably what i needed to hear. When I stop logging, I go hog-wild-crazy LOL. I am going to log for the rest of my trip, but still indulge on my absolute favorites :D

I think this advice might be necessary in some situations, so I am glad that someone said it. It is scary, because cutting your family out of your life is a scary thing. I didn't have my family in my life at all for several months, because of their inability to support me (in other areas of my life). It was what I needed…

I think that we all have those days :smile: I like to drink lots of water to rehydrate, eat something small, and then distract myself by doing something else. Maybe this might help you too?

I have the opposite problem...I dream very vividly of ruining my diet and eating lots of my favorite delicious foods. And, my dream-self will be thinking, "Haha, dieeeee diet!!!!" while I eat it. LOL I wake up feeling guilty sometimes until I realize it was a dream.

Women should be able to feed their babies in public without harassment from ignorant people. This should be a non-issue. If someone has a problem with it, that says more about them than anything.
