i'm 5' 1 1/2" and my current goal weight is 103. while i see people my height who look great and hot at 120 if i get above 108 i just carry it horribly. must be my frame.

yes, how big a can of pumpkin? the only canned pumpkin i could find in 3 stores that wasnt pie filling [heavily sweetened] was the big 30oz [or so] can.

i just learned what the broiler is a few weeks ago and yes, it is a needed step for crispiness! but watch them closely!

i make a lot of soups too and even when a recipe calls for it, i never use stocks, just water. i make some pretty good soups too.

WOW! thanks so much!! i see now that it doesn't have cal count, just heart rate! guess i'll be returning it :) my husband saw it on the counter and semi-flipped out about me even spending $30 on it lol.

yep they're good. they'd be heaven with brown sugar and butter but alas, i cannot sacrifice those calories.

also used 4tbsp egg whites, 1tbsp cinnamon. made 24 mini muffins for 31cal each. timer's about to go off and i'll let you know how they are!
