Since i started i have cut and colored my hair and me and my girls (2 and 5) sit down on friday nights and do mani pedi night haha they love it! And i guess soon i will get a tan also because…

  • well yes but you need to take into acount how much you burn just during daily activites... I read that even on a lazy day you burn about 1000 calories. I eat 1200 and try to burn 200-300 a day with exercise. hope this helps!

  • if you go to shape.com the healthy meals section there is some quick easy meal ideas. Im not the best cook so sometimes cook books get to crazy for me, But I have found that this site is easy and pretty good

  • dip the chicken breasts in a mixture of egg whites and honey musard dressing then dip them in wheat bread crumbs and orange zest misxture....and bake! it makes me think im eating fried chicken but way healthier!! and super yummy

  • Im a nurse and most physicians you talk to will say that any solid pill (cap or liquid is different) doesnt really expire.... its just a date that the pharmacy companies put on there to make you purchase more. Its not going to hurt you it just might be slightly less effective.
  • i got it just for fun.... it is not a very good workout. its just to slow for me. I could do the whole thing and not break a sweat. If your looking for a laugh its pretty funny to see yourself doing it but if your really trying to get a good workout prob not the best video. Hope this helps!
