Boiled eggs with 35 calorie bread and 1/2 wedge laughing cow cheese. Different types of whole grain cereal with 1% milk, banana or strawberries in it. Bagel Thin with laughing cow cream cheese and 1% milk

I tried these drops and it's not the drops that make you lose the weight it's the 500 calorie your allowed per day and anyone can do that on their own without drops that taste NASTY. Not recommended from here. If you want to lose weight fast like that then just go on a 500 calorie diet yourself, don't waste your money.

I take the stairs whenever I can, I do small crunches at my desk and leg lifts. On breaks I go for walks or walk up and down the stairways.

My husband and I have six kids and we both have scheduled exercise. He does hockey certain days and times during the week (we have a big calendar that marks everything down for all to see) and I do Zumba twice a week on certain days and times and in between we take 45-60 mins at home to exercise in our workout room…

go up and down on your stairs in the apartment building. Use Julianna Michaels DVD's or get the Wii DVDS (zumba and dance party 2 & 3 are good).

I gain weight in the beginning but if I keep up my same routine, eating within my calories and exercising then it comes off at the end. If I pig out and lay around then some of it stays I find.

Never be ashamed of yourself and DON'T put your education and future on hold for what others may think of you. Hold your head up, continue the program of getting healthy by using this site and forget everyone else.

At this point you should start over tomorrow however, I do know from experience if you work out after a fatty meal it makes you feel alittle better about yourself.

I go to classes as well and nothing will compare however, I have tried both (DVD's and Wii) and I like the Wii better.
