I would say somewhere between lightly-moderately active. light active is like daily activities (work, school, showering, etc.) + 2 miles walking and moderately active is daily activities + 4 miles walking. also, depends on the yoga! bikram/ashtanga/vinyasa burn a lot while hatha does not.

I've been having cookie butter and apple/cranberry jelly sandwiches on ezekiel bread; absolutely amazing! I would agree with the produce statement. I'm more into ground coffee (love Archer Farms brand!) I want to try the dried persimmons someone on this thread mentioned!! I love wegman's sushi too much to ever try anyone…

I'd suggest waking up 30 minutes earlier to squeeze in 20-30 minutes of activity! that way, you get it done right away and don't have to worry about where to "fit it in" :)

when people don't understand how I can eat vegan......"I could never give up cheese" I eat vegan more for health reasons than animal cruelty (although it is important!) but damn I have never been more regular and had more energy! that alone is enough reason to feel meh about cheese/dairy/meat/eggs

the possibilities with pasta dishes and salads are endless!

Have you read the book "Intuitive Eating"? It completely changed the way I look at food! Highly recommend it Intuitive eating is my ultimate goal - I always seem to under eat, stress eat, mindlessly eat, etc. because my body's hunger signals are weird

Linzess did nothing for me. It's extremely expensive, even with insurance, and just made me bloated and sleepy. I experienced no positive results after my month trial. it's a $900 prescription per month and I had to pay $175 out of pocket for it. Waste of money and most people experience no results or diarrhea on it. Stick…

This was awesome to read! I've thought about doing something similar. My calorie target is about 1600 and when I was sick I had a pint of ben and jerry's with toppings throughout the day hahahaha. It's fun to experiment every now and then! Also, congrats man!

I've been eating "normally" (pretty plant-based vegetarian). I have taken tylenol twice I think? Maybe it was an off-brand of it.

Thank you! Oh gosh, I am enjoying this relief more than you could imagine! Just curious if anyone else has experienced anything similar.

one bad day doesn't matter in the long run - just don't make a habit of it finding an exercise/physical activity you actually enjoy eating a GOOD breakfast :) morning exercise puts me in a good mood for the entire day wearing clothes that make you feel cute + confident one donut won't kill you - just work it into your…
