I like to cook rather than baking so I am looking for different ideas for all meals. I'm a creature of habit so and I want to break out of the box. If you love (or addicted like I am) Pinterest, please share recipes you discovered on it. Also, I love Trader Joes! If you have great recipes with their foods/meals, please share. Smoothie recipes are also helpful.

So tasty, and instead of using the recommended cottage cheese I use 2.5 cups0 -
Hi! So, Trader Joe's has great healthy frozen foods, however you do have to use the oven. But it's no biggie. Um, well, I love rice with pan fried--it's not really fried--fish taste great. Steamable vegetables are fantastic! I like to add it into pasta sauce. I have a lot of easy recipes, but without using the oven is kinda tricky. I mean most stuff I eat pops in the oven for a maximum of 30-40 minutes, and no worries.0

Hi, I'm a Pinterest-aholic.
Strangely enough most of my recipes do involve an oven so that limited my ability to share but I did find some I can send over.
http://www.simpledish.com/recipes/lunch/steak-and-spinach-quesadilla-with-provolone#tCOxk7HEGzOT71fR.32 Unfortunately TJs isn't by my current location but I go to Hannaford and was able to find small-ish wraps called "Let's skip the sandwich" 60 calories, high fiber, pretty low carbs for wraps and used these for them
http://www.rippedrecipes.com/recipe/chicken-bacon-avocado-salad-2171.html this one is just generally delicious, I used my crockpot to cook the chicken, its non-stick so i didn't need to add butter or anything. Also used the same wraps for this but the bread it calls for works, a bed of lettuce/spinach work and also Sara Lee has 45 calorie slices that could work too

I make homemade english muffins on the stove top for my husband (I can't eat them ) Super easy way to "bake" bread in a frying pan.0

I use 1 cup of shredded cheese in total instead of the cheddar cheese sauce/cheese on top, and I use 200 grams of egg macaroni noodles instead of actual KD.

Takes a while, but is super easy to make, and the fish cakes are pan fried.0
