I had my Implanon remove a little over a month and lost 11 pounds. Just by staying within my calories with out exercising. But I'm not sure if its related to birth control.

I got off of the birth control implant about 2 month ago. I feel better. My appetite decrease and I lost 10 pounds. However, except periods. The first period was VERY painful. One of the worst cramps I felt, ever (for now).

Confession: I can't tell my family (beside boyfriend) that I am eating healthier and exercising. They would make fun of me, when I being up the subject.

I realize I had to lose weight because I was unable to sit/fit in the classroom seat, (the chair was attached to a table style). I had to ask the teacher for his chair that he wasn't using. I felt so embarrassed.

It will be difficult at times. I say give yourself 30 mins to workout. We can't make excuses. My budget is extremely low like 25 dollars a week low, you can get can goods or a bag of rice and beans. Then add some frozen veggies for like a dollar and a family size chicken legs packages (that can last you a month). It's all…

That might be true for most people. I lost about 1 pound the first week. After that was 1-2 pounds. I kept the pounds off for a few months. I thought water weight "loss" is suppose to creep back?

Someone told me that the first 5-10 pounds I lose, is just water weight. After that is fat being burned.

I don't think this is a "fact"...more like an opinion that is inaccurate from a doctor on weight loss. A fact is that you need to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 pound.
