walden farms brand is 0 cal, 0 fat, 0 carbs... most of their flavors sort of taste like cardboard, but I added hot sauce to their chipolte ranch and it was very good.

Running burns about 600 calories an hour... Your body will burn carbs and protein before stored fat, so go run before it stores itself :)

Have you tried the crystal light water enhancers? I am off of Mountain Dew for 5 weeks now... and that alone could account for a lot of my weight loss Im sure! I drink at least one caffinated crystal light flavor a day. The Strawberry Kiwi Energy is really good.

Bountiful Baskets is a co-op I occasionally use to buy my fruits and vegitables more cost effectively than at the store. They are a national organization with local groups that do the ordering. On the Ideal Protein protocal I am eating 4 cups of vegis a day, so this was a real cost saver - bountifulbaskets.org

When burning fat you are releasing toxins back into your body that were stored in the body fat... maybe you had a bad reaction to these toxins?? It seems odd to me that you would eat something for a few months before having an allergic reaction. I have food allergies and have not had an issue with the IP foods.

I have a hard time eating 4 cups of vegis a day too... but in week four I am finally feeling actual hunger from time to time. I get my lettuce in by using it whenever my normal meal would have included rice or noodles... I just throw my meat in a bed of lettuce instead. Really enjoying "taco" salads.

The Ideal Protein breakfast shakes are really good and also convenient. I am never hungry before lunch. 100 calories, lots of protein, no sugar carbs to speak of

ok I took it yesterday and WOW I did lose 1.7 lbs... but I am pretty "cleaned out". I would recommend not starting with the full suggested dosage.

Omelet (no cheese!) with hot sauce... most hot sauces do not have any carbs! Add vegis if you want, they have minimal carbs (my IP coach tells me not to bother counting the carbs in my vegitables and reccomends 4 cupsa day)

PS, yes the only way I have time to exercise is by enlisting the help of my 12 year old. She makes her own lunches for school and helps everyone get breakfast while I get ready for work. She even helps me remember my breakfast shake for the commute into town. I see lots of people have suggested having your oldest children…
