I was 201 when I started 21 day fix X then started Insanity Max 30 at 195. I definitely have to modify but you can do it!

At your height and weight you are fairly close to your normal weight range. I would focus more on weight training than cardio. If you want to see definition, keep your nutrition on point. I would up your cals to at least 1500

Push ups!

Cardio: Insanity Max 30 - Max out Strength Weight training: 21Day Fix Extreme - Lower Fix X Nutrition: I follow the Container plan but also use MFP and my cals are usually in the 1500 - 1700 range. I drink Shakeology as a meal replacement, usually after my workout which I always do in the morning.

I have. I did the original Insanity a few years back and am now doing Insanity Max 30 in my second month. Be been doing 21Day Fix Extreme too. In 7 weeks I've lost 13 lbs!

Please hang in there! And keep trying. We all have "those" days and feel frustrated and lack motivation and want to give up. At least I do! You are not alone. You need to focus on the long term goal: feeling stronger, healthier and lighter/smaller. It has taken me 15 weeks to lose almost 11 pounds! Some weeks I would lose…

Well I was going to say Butterfinger last Saturday, but my son just now dropped two Hersheys coconut Kisses on my desk and so if they qualify ..... well, I just gobbled them up! Nom, nom, nom! YUM!

Has anyone noticed how Kim has the face of someone who has lost weight so quick her skin hasn't had time to catch up - the deep laugh lines and under-eye bags? I mean she has lost over 100 lbs in 15 weeks! On the plus side, her arms look amazing! And I hope she wins even though there were times I didn't care for her.

Fritos Original Corn chips and animal crackers! I eat them daily but control the portions.

Bump! I have always had muscular legs, no butt, narrow hips but plenty of fat on my belly and back. Please tell me I will get rid of it one day!

I do a whole day, usually Saturday. I do not log my food or exercise and I usually do my weekly shopping the day before and buy whatever treats I've been craving all week. I usually plan a meal that I can share with the whole family or we go out to eat. I like to bake so that would be the day I make something and then if…

Interesting information! Thank you

Anything with too much salt in it. Like chips or processed meats, even soups and cheese. I still eat them but in moderation and smaller portions.

Just wanted to say you look fabulous! You are an inspiration and like you said, you have to want it bad a enough to work for it. Thanks for the motivation!

Definately water weight! The same thing happened to me today. I've been losing 0.5 - 1 lb a week for the last 8 weeks or so and this week up 1.5 lbs and not even on TOM. But this week I increased my weights during strength training and this causes water retention for muscle repair. Be patient and keep doing exactly what…

I agree with this! I truely believe one of the things that makes us as a nation so overweight is our "convenient" fast food! It is ridiculous how high it is! And not all that satisfying. And I usually get the kids portions and they are even high.

Love this! Thank you!

Jelena Abbou. I love her body!

I've done the pumpkin and spice cake mix and they were the bomb! Gonna try the chocolate ones next!

I workout 4 days a week with rest days between. My weight loss stalled at 6 days a week (due to over training) so I dropped it to 4 approx. hour long workouts. I do two days of Insanity (either reg or max) and two days of full body weights in a circuit. Also at least 3 sessions of abs. I plan my workouts in three week…

Ha! Its taken me a while to figure it all out too but once I hit on the sweet spot for me, I realized I needed to control the goals instead of aiming in the dark! MFP goals are great if you are starting out on your weight loss journey and have a lot of weight to lose, but I was already within 20-30 lbs of goal and the 1200…
