I've done slim in 6, power 90, yoga booty ballet, p90x, insanity, insanity Max 30, and 21dfx. I also have Combat which I'm eager to try.

I believe you will definitely feel some tightness in your muscles and it could be a nice short piece to throw into your daily routine as a bonus to a lifting/cardio plan

I struggle with nutrition too. I've been using the portion control method with color containers to keep me on track. I do like it better than calorie counting but I still use MFP to track my daily cals. Add me and we can support each other

Calisthethics: push ups, sit ups, plank, squats, Lunges. Running in place, burpees, high knees, etc. There are apps that do things like 7 min workout.

I'm currently in my second round of 21dfx and I love the containers and the 30 min workouts. To me I prefer the portion control aspect of the nutrition plan versus counting calories. I still use MFP to track my cals and macros but the containers work out to be in the right calorie range.

I join a support group that does all things Insanity! I started a FB blog page to keep myself accountable. I post food, motivation, workouts with pic collage or videos.

I've done both. The first Insanity was similar to this new version. But the workouts in IM30 are only 30 mins long for all 60 days. Insanity is anywhere from 37 mins to 60 mins between month one and two. I really like the original Insanity, but didn't have more energy then 30 mins most days.

Check out 21 Day Fix and Insanity Max 30. Both are 30 mins long workouts. And a lot of variety. I'm doing both right now and down 13 lbs in 7 weeks. If you need a buddy for support you can add me ingfit on MFP

Joining that support group is probably the best thing you can do as it will keep you accountable and if it's a closed group you will feel comfortable taking pics and posting them. I love my accountability groups!
