I think it is...I use the macro everyday and like the ability to make adjustments to my nutrients count and to turn off my exercise calories

I felt a sharp pain right under my left rib...called the doctor and he said that sometimes he wil hit the rib bone with the camera and that my exercising probably aggravated it and to back off the exercises till the bruising had more time to heal...always call, there is no question to small ;)

Had my 1st one today....looked down and my belly wasn't visable past my boobs :)

After my surgery. ..the doctor said the loose bowels would be my green light to transition to pureed food - happened on day 7 after the surgery....as far as pre surgery. .my liquid diet was only 7 days...not sure if this helps. FYI - try buying cottonelle wipes. ..they are really soothing to a very tender body part.

I really like that visual. I has always been told to drink water before and during a meal to help you feel full and struggled with why no drinking from my surgeon..wow. ..now I get it.

Thank you helping me remember why I made this decision to begin with...because what I was doing before DID NOT WORK...have I had the thought go through my mind...I'm losing now, do I really need this surgery? I too had my 1st consult last month. ..7/29/15 and I too am on a 90 day journey to surgery...it is alot to do, but it is all with a specific end in site...which type of surgery are you having? I am having the sleeve and should get my exact surgery date (mid Nov) at my next visit ...
