    I plan on kicking my exercise up a bit this month. I lost 6.4 lbs last month and am very happy with my progress! Who knows? Maybe I can get down to 239.9 lbs this month and have my middle number change twice!?

    H, I hope it is not too late to join, id really like to be apart of this with a all ya'll. i was apart of the August challenge but between a 2 week training with the Navy and my mother being here the enire month of August I lost track before I even began.

    Hurricane Irene is out...so is all that stress.. I still can't believe I never stressed snacked thru the whole thing....thanks to my husband who helped to divert me...my rock !!

    I've been taking less pain meds since coming home from my holidays so there's been some satisfactory weight loss over the weekend: looks like I'll be off to a flying start to this month on Thursday, all being well :)

    Hi all,hoping I'm not too late to join this! I had a really good start to august but then lost motivation -have decided that September is THE month to kick start! My sw is 173, I doubt I'll see a loss by this Thursday but would LOVE to be back down to 170 by next week! Thanks for doing this jbiles :) really hope I'm not too late!

    Hello everyone, how your doing well, some how magically lost 2.2lbs this week! Ive eaten over my 1200 calories each day so far and only done light exercise! I'm not sure whats going on
