Hey Beth, I haven't ever been a runner, but I'm going to try. I like your saying Stress Running. Much better than the alternative. :-) I've been out twice and doing some hills. My backside is pretty sore, but the good kind. I think I'll do more stretching to try to keep the soreness down. Thanks for the advice. Good luck this week.0

I just try to eat as healthy and "clean" as possible lots of fruit, veggies, whole grains, some lean meats, some dairy and I supplement with protein shakes. I don't follow a diet, I limit processed foods and such and only eat lots of carbs if I know I need them for my workouts0

Completely forgot to weigh myself on Saturday so weighed myself Sunday instead.

I am so please with this as I am still struggling with cravings and not really doing enough exercise. Hoping for same again or better next week!
I obviously was so overwhelmed by the loss that my ability to subtract failed me as I had actually lost 2.25lbs by Sunday. Only just realised as today I am down to 142.5lbs so thats 3 lbs in total so far in October! Coming off the meds is obviously helping.0 -

Weigh in jitters for tomorrow morning... after a great week last week I really want to continue the loss. Had a couple of not so good days at the beginning of the week so that could have caused a gain, so I haven't weighed myself since Monday!

I dont know what to do. I am under a lot of pressure and stress and all the week I ate comfort food... I hate the scale... I guess I'll be quitting cause this makes me more depressed. I need a psychologist but I cant tell my family so

thats not bad that Ive shifted all that weight i had put on, however it means ive only lost 0.2lbs this month!
