    I think I'm going to have to give it a miss this month, as I go into hospital on Monday morning for hip replacement surgery - it's going to be a tricky time. If I can keep to my approx. calorie target in hospital and when I get home again, I'll be happy but surprised! We'll see. But I won't be very mobile for a while so it; will all be a challenge in itself, just getting through it. Good luck to everyone who takes the challenge this next month.

    I'm in! Now if I can just remember to log in each Saturday. I'll set a reminder on my phone. After surviving the searing heat of summer by jogging in the pool, I'm back to running on solid ground now that the weather is cool. I'm glad to see so many people here to encourage each other.
