    Hey, 2sexy4myself good for YOU for starting 5K training! Are you already a runner? This will be a decision you will not regret... I feel most "normal" when I'm running. It's a fantastic alternative to stress eating...stress RUNNING! :happy: Take it slow... as slow as you can make yourself go at first! Enjoy your new freedom!

    Very poor week, started back at uni, going out eating / drinking to much and not really exercising as i hurt my back!
