Was a little dissapointed this morning when I weighed in as thats actually 0.25lb up on Monday, then I measured my waist - lost 0.5 inches and hips - lost 0.25 inches and I felt much better. Overall though I am still doing well for October and hopefully next week will look better.0 -

Well, no loss this week... but I'm not worried... there is a downward trend that I'm excited about. Went camping with my family this weekend and even played baseball with my three boys! NS Victory! I am really encouraged by all of you who are losing weight... don't be discouraged if you don't make 10 pounds. It's an arbitrary number, and what matters is that you are making the changes day by day that are changing your life. You are strong, and you can do this!

Mid week check in and after being unwell earlier this week I am down to 139.5 lbs just by keeping my diet on track, no exercise since Sat. Two more good days and I am hoping to stay under 140lbs for my Saturday weigh in.
