    A small gain... I will take it considering what all I ate this weekend. It wasn't pretty... 3 days of eating whatever I wanted.
    I am in the home stretch - vacation in 4 weeks. Time to kick it into high gear. My goal is to be in the 150's for vacation - 5.6 pounds to go
