    NOT impressed with my increase this week. We went overseas for a week, great trip but not good for my diet!

    Had a rough week this week - lack of exercise and 2 days of cheat diet; just needed a reprieve last week! However, while this chart doesn't show it, I actually got up to 142lb and am back down to my starting weight. So there is some maintenance and consistency happening at least! This week shall be better!!!!

    :smile: i'm so happy although it's only 1.8lbs difference. i'm so tired working out and i thought i'll take a break i will not work out tonight then i hit the scale this morning down by 1.8lbs, yay! bring on the pain if it means 1.9lbs per week!!!

    Really happy with the 2.4lbs weight loss this week, I've only been walking and using the Wii fit this week as I haven't had the energy to do a proper fitness workout.

    What is it about Sunday's that makes me want to indulge. The past few weeks I just get cravings on Sunday's, I had to go bed early to prevent me from giving in as I didn't want to to post a bad result.
