NOT impressed with my increase this week. We went overseas for a week, great trip but not good for my diet!

Had a rough week this week - lack of exercise and 2 days of cheat diet; just needed a reprieve last week! However, while this chart doesn't show it, I actually got up to 142lb and am back down to my starting weight. So there is some maintenance and consistency happening at least! This week shall be better!!!!0 -

Really happy with the 2.4lbs weight loss this week, I've only been walking and using the Wii fit this week as I haven't had the energy to do a proper fitness workout.
What is it about Sunday's that makes me want to indulge. The past few weeks I just get cravings on Sunday's, I had to go bed early to prevent me from giving in as I didn't want to to post a bad result.
