I just get annoyed that everyone keeps commenting on how good my boyfriend looks and that he must have lost weight while he only lost 2 lbs, I lost 33 lbs so far and NO ONE sees it, grrr!

I weigh myself every day, I don't get bummed when the scale goes up or doesn't move in a couple of days. I am just interested what different kind of meals and days do to my weight. I'm just very curious ^^

I lost quite a lot in my first week as well, just my body getting used to my new diet and water weight. Now I am losing about 4 lbs a week, sometimes a little more and sometimes a little less. I think it will go down to 2 lbs a week soon!

I do it every morning just because I find it interesting to see it go up and down. I do not get frustrated or sad at all when I see the scale go up a bit. Just as long as it goes down again within a few days. I have an official weigh and measure day on tuesdays, I write the numbers down on these days.

Didn't she say she recycled the bottles, so she's just filling up the empty bottles with water? I am 5' 10" and am 247 lbs at the moment, trying to get to 165 and see how I feel when I get there. Seeing all these messages gives me a lot of motivation to get there, have lost 18 lbs so far and will keep working untill I get to my goal.

I am saving money this whole time, 2 euros for every kilo and a 10 euro bonus when I lose 10 kilo's. My mom is contributing the same amount of money. I took my one month photo's and totally see the changes allready Also walked 14,5 miles (in total, not in 1 go) this week.

I took my 'before' photo's on the 21st of january and have been counting days untill the 21st of february, so tomorrow I will make new photo's, very curious to see if I can see any change

You really are an inspiration, and I am glad to see that not everyone is aiming for a super slim body. My goal is similar to yours, a size 14-12 would be awesome! I have only started last month but hope to look like your second pic in a few months!

I went walking with my boyfriend yesterday and he could hardly keep up with me. Before he had to wait for me because I was so slow, so this made me feel really good!

I had known for a long time that I had to lose weight but was never ready for it One evening last month, I was looking at old pictures and suddenly got so sad, the girl in the pictures was so much thinner and I wanted to be like that again. The next morning I started my journey and so far I have lost 12 lbs.

I agree with what is said above, also, try going for long walks on those days to gain some more calories for that day

What a great story, I had the same, not with buying underwear but I just had enough all of a sudden. Never was motivated to loose weight before but I suddenly had. Been doing it for 3 weeks now and my motivation grows on a daily base.

I have been thinking about it, but I think I will do it in 60 days instead of 30, because the last time I had to quit after 14 days because I couldn't do it anymore. It was too intense. So I might not be the best partner...
