Zumba is great for burning calories while having fun! I take a class on Friday evenings and just bought Zumba Fitness for Wii. I wear a HRM when I want to calculate calories burned.

I buy Fage Total 0% and add Splenda to it. I like sweet and the Splenda makes the yogurt taste so much better, for no additional calories. Occasionally, I'll skip the Splenda and add honey to sweeten it. Also very yummy!!

I have one of those, too, and it is a lifesaver! It's not the same experience as popcorn popped in olive oil in my Whirly Pop (super yum) but it's a much lower calorie and fat option.
