    Sun:1562 calories burnt on a 30 mile bike ride, 3 hours in 100 degree + heat
    Mon: 2917 calories burnt, ran 5 miles in 54:36, 30 minutes of Intervals 10/2 on the eliptical, weight training shoulders, biceps, triceps
    Tues: 1303 calories burnt, 30 min Eliptical Intervals 10/3, 30 min Treadmill Walking Level 10 incline @ 3.5 mph, Stationary bike 30 Minutes at 17 mph

    Weekly Goal: 6000 calories - 1562, - 2917, - 1303 and counting
