    I do usually eat back some of my exercise calories. It works for me. Feel free to look at my diary (although I went out for dinner tonight so maybe not today, lol).

    Wow, you are really muscling those out, MM. That looks like a huge amount of work up there! I feel bad, my bulk gives me a real advantage in just slapping calories burned out there, especially as they just become numbers out of context. Next time, I am aiming for a much bigger number.

The good news is I hit my 100-mile challenge this June. That's a first for me. I also achieved my 16,000 calorie burn target for June. Yay!!!
