    Super excited met my weekly goal plus an extra 827 calories. I will have to up my calorie goal for next week. Tomorrow is my rest day so I am done for the week and I am down 3.5lbs!!!!!! Keep up all the hard work!!!

    Wed : 1614 cals burned hauling / training horses / clean my building
    Thurs: 100 cals burned cooking - rest day -
    Fri: 593 cals burned walking / vball practice/ vball coaching
    Sat: 352 cals burned walking & cooking for 4th July weekend

    Since this is my 2nd week doing this and I keep going over my 3500, I am thinking of upping it next week to 4000.
