low potassium readings may be an adrenal fatigue symptom. THe hormones that regulate electrolytes may be off. See an endo for bloodwork. Especially your progesterone to estrogen ratio!

have you had your thyroid and pitutitary function checked? you can always try some adrenal and thyroid / pitutiary bovine glandulars to see if that helps. That's a last case senario.

yes. I love doing back squats with heavy weight. It makes my bum very tiny and tones my legs completely. I have to make sure to turn out my knees alot to keep from getting a masculine butt! That's the only down side. It works the legs so much!
