OMG! I feel the same way! Sounds like we are in the same boat. I am 5'1" also, I'm currently at 140 but my goal is 135. I just finished the 30 DS and lost 4 inches but the scale remains the same. Congrats!! I also love this site, it is very helpful! I'm doing Jillian Micheals 30 day shred, currently on level 3. I haven't lost a pound in months but am done 4.5 inches so far and I feel great :) I just wish those #'s on the scale would change.....

This is certainly a great place to get the support you need! Logging my food everyday has helped me to think twice about what I eat and made me realize how many calories are in all the foods I eat. Feel free to add me and good luck!!

As you said everyone is different and I've found watching my carbs along with my calorie intake helps me to drop the weight. My absolute favorite thing right now is hummus and tabouli in a low carb wrap! It is very filling and full of flavor!! I also make sure I eat every few hours so I don't get too hungry. I agree you can't weigh yourself mid day EVER!! I used to weigh myself every morning and even that drove me crazy.....now I rty to limit myself to a couple times a week. My scale hasn't moved since I started MFP but......I keep at it hoping it will change! Keep your chin up and don't give up, you have lots of support…

I eat activia light yogurt and fruit a lot for breakfast or a snack and yes there is sugar but better for you than sweets!
