\ according to your calculation, my BMR is 1323. if i cut my calories by 500 minus my BMR (1323), i would only be eating 823 calories a day. please tell me i messed up somewhere :explode:

went to pick up my daughters friend for a sleepover and her 16 yr old brother said "man, your friends mom is hot!" lol. not bad for a 36 yr old, i guess :drinker:

it's never enough. you set a safe goal to start because you're not sure if you can do it and dont' want to be disappointed. then with a lot of hard work and effort, before you know it, you've reached that goal. you start to think "if i could lose 10, 20, 30 lbs., then i can lose 40, 50, 60". it's an endless cycle. :laugh:…

i tried them for about 2 weeks and never noticed a difference in my appetite. i kept them whole, so they added a little crunch to my oatmeal or grits, etc... i guess for their nutritional value they are great, but as an appetite suppressant - not so much :ohwell:

i like the flavor packets. at 5 calories per pack, you just can't beat that! *unless by some miracle, you discover your love for regular water - that's obviously the best choice (insert sarcastic voice here)
