I am 28, looking to lose 75 more pounds! And I could really use some motivation too. This is my 6th day logging my food in row. I need to keep at it this time. I have been a member for so long-- but keep getting away from it! Friends? Yes, please!

I like Ezekiel bread a lot! They have it at trader joes and in the frozen section at my local grocery store. It comes highly recommended by many!

I find it interesting that the ensure made you sick when looking at your diary. Did you feel sick when you had milk for breakfast? Or from the sugar in the kit kat bar? I just wonder because if you only felt sick from the ensure-- maybe your body just doesn't like it.

Thank you! Also, here's another one I just thought about-- is protein important after a workout? I don't do that. Lol

I LOVE my nutribullet! When I first got it, I too, made a bunch of stuff that tasted like straight up garbage! Lol. But I have gotten the hang of it. I stick to mainly fruits or veggies, but just keep in mind that too many fruit smoothies can be a lot of sugar. And, when I have a lot of fruit sugar, I personally want to…

Thank you to everyone! This is exactly what I needed to feel inspired again. Just went to gym and kicked some major butt! I just kept reminding myself of the picture in the white shirt and how far I have come. Today I have learned that being my own motivation is key! And that having wonderful people, who are in similar…

Thank you! It is appreciated. I need to continue to celebrate the successes, rather than the harp on the bad.

Hello Everyone! I could really use some supportive, motivational people to befriend me on here. I have been on MFP for awhile now, and I think the key ingredient I am missing to my weightloss is someone who is going through the same thing as me. I would appreciate any adds. PleasE?

Over the years people have made many comments about my weight. They have been rude and crude. I can remember being asked if my backpack was empty because I ate all of the books in it; that was just 2nd grade. I have been called a beach whale, while at the beach. In high school during swim class, people would all watch as I…

Thank you. You too! I need all the encouragement I can get. I am going out to buy a scale for food for this week and try to eat only things I make or eat at home. I am such a non home eatter which is causing major issues I think!

My body seems to respond when I do not eat very many carbs. However, I then end up eating more protein.. in turn, more fat.

I would like to clarify that I did begin this January at almost 280lbs. I am now down to 259. However, since I started using this program it has been only a 1 lb difference that keeps fluctuating. I think that you are right and I must have the calorie thing set to high? Not sure. I will open it.. I just don't know how to.…

I have a question. When I work out.. you know how the net calories thing changes.. and it says I am to eat more calories.. is that true? I understand how important eating is and that when I am active it is important to make sure that I am fueling my body-- but some days I burn ALOT of calories.. and then it calculates that…
