I cant speak for everyone, but i have definately seen a change in the cellulite. Compared to the begining and having been doin 30DS two rounds I have seen an approx 30%-40% decrease in cellulite on my thighs. I think weight loss accompanied by equivilant strength traning helps the cause... as per my experience. :)

I woudl suggest strength training as a part of your wieght loss. It helps restore the skin as muscle builds up. Ive seen the difference and less saggy skin.

Thank you so much, I need to loose about 66lbs to reahc my goal weight, but would ideally like to drop about $5olbs by December. It has taken me about 3 months to drop 16lbs. In order to loose weight at teh same pace do you think havinga stricter diet and excercise plan would help overcome the issue?
